Assemblers - Bristol, CT

Quality Coils is currently looking for full-time dedicated Assemblers to join our team.

Duties include:

  • Produce products to meet quality standards and production goals.
  • Work collaboratively on the assembly line to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
  • History of working safely and being productive.
  • Dependable, punctual, and works well with others.
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position.

We offer 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. Our work schedule for 2nd shift allows our employees to have 3 day weekends every week.
