We are proud of the high standards we adhere to and the industry recognition we have received. Our in-house quality coil inspectors work in a state-of-the-art laboratory facility ensuring that all of our coils and coil winding products deliver the quality our client's expect and deserve.

Our Quality Policy, displayed throughout our facilities, states:

On April 7, 1997, following approximately two years of extensive preparation, Quality Coils received a certificate of approval to ISO 9002 through Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited. We are very proud of this achievement, which demonstrates our commitment to industry leadership. We view our ISO 9002 certification as an important step in our continuous pursuit of the highest possible quality standards.
 
In April of 2003, QCI revised the quality system to comply with the new requirements of ISO 9001. We completed this certification and included our second facility in Pawcatuck, CT. This accomplishment was made to ensure our continued commitment to maintaining the highest possible quality standards.
 
Quality Coils also works closely with its suppliers to maximize quality. We have developed and implemented a Supplier Quality Assurance Program to ensure that every component we use meets the world-class quality standards our customers expect.
