Bobbin Materials

Quality Coils has used bobbins made from every imaginable material. Included in the materials used for bobbins are Nomex and Kraft Paper Bobbins, Rynite, Ryton Nylon and LCP. There are a variety of materials available and your application will be the determining factor in which is used.
Additionally our bobbins can be made in any configuration you need. Start slot, dual windings, special lead slots, inserted terminals, stepped ID’s, and just about anything else you may need.
Our bobbin suppliers provide the best materials and can produce the most demanding dimensional criteria. Count on QCI to help you in designing your bobbin.
