Over the years Quality Coils, Inc. has developed many applications for the aerospace and nuclear industries.  Our products can be found on everything from airplanes and satellites to the space shuttle. 

We provided product for such diverse military applications as military vehicle control systems, shipboard refrigeration systems, weapons control systems and aviation hydraulic systems.

 

You’ll also find QCI coils in many Nuclear Power plants used for controlling mission critical valves.

 

 

QCI has soldering and inspection personnel that have been trained to solder coils to NASA-STD-8739.3.  Our specialized soldering area for military and nuclear applications are temperature and humidity controlled and all of the equipment used meets the most exacting ESD containment requirements.  Soldering materials used in these applications meet  the requirements of      J-STD-001.
